Key responsibilities include:

– Overseeing day-to-day upkeep and longer-term care of church buildings and grounds

– Managing relationships with contractors and volunteers for maintenance and improvement work

– Ensuring safety, compliance, and operational readiness of all facilities

– Supporting the hire and use of church spaces for community and church activities
